Using our online ordering system
When using our online ordering system, certain personal data is used such as your name, address, contact data and communication data such as telephone number and email address. We exclusively use this for the purpose of processing the contract.
If you are registered with us you can access content and services which is reserved for registered users. Registered users also have the option to amend or delete the data provided at registration at any time if required. Naturally, we will also provide you with information about the personal data which we have saved about you. We will be delighted to correct or delete this information at your request, provided this is not in contravention of any legal obligations to retain the data. In order to get in touch with us in regard to this, please use the contact data which we have provided at the end of this data protection policy.
When you sign up to receive our newsletter, the data you provide will be used exclusively for this purpose. Subscribers can also be informed by email of circumstances which are relevant to the service or the registration (for example changes to the newsletter offer or technical parameters).
For effective registration, we require a valid email address. In order to check that a registration has actually been made by the owner of an email address, we use the “double opt-in” procedure. For this purpose, we create a record of the order of the newsletter, the dispatch of a confirmation email and the receipt of the answer requested. No other data is gathered. The data is used exclusively to send the newsletter and is not passed on to third parties.
You can withdraw your agreement to save your personal data and to use your data for the purpose of sending the newsletter at any time. A corresponding link can be found in each newsletter. In addition, you can also unsubscribe directly on this website at any time or inform us of your wish to do so using the contact information provided at the end of this data protection information.

Using Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (referred to hereafter as Google). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, i.e. text files which are stored on your computer and which allow analysis of your website use. The information derived through the cookie concerning your use of this website is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, due to the activation of IP anonymisation on these websites, your IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address as part of Google Analytics by your browser will not be merged with other Google data.
You can prevent the storage of cookies using the relevant settings in your browser software; however, we point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website in full.
